Austrian architect Wolfgang Tschapeller won the competition for design of the Centre for Promotion of Science in Belgrade, Serbia. His concept of an elevated city readily displays a vision of technology and construction for this science centre. The building will only be supported by pillars and circulation points that touch the ground which offers a space for a public park underneath.
